A. ALL REPAIRS (OTHER THAN RUST) ARE GUARANTEED. IN ADDITION ALL DIRECT INSURANCE REPAIRS ARE GUARANTEED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN THE VEHICLE. THIS IS A TESTIMONIAL TO THE KIND OF QUALITY REPAIRS PERFORMED AT A GUARANTEED REPAIR SHOP.


Q. I HAVE HAD A LOT OF BAD EXPERIENCES WHEN IT COMES TO TIMELY REPAIRS, HOW LONG WILL YOUB HAVE MY VEHICLE?

Q. WILL I GET SURPRISED BY MY FINAL BILL WHEN I PICK

KEEP IN MIND THAT A GREAT AMOUNT OF PLASTIC PARTS ARE USED IN TODAYS VEHICLES, WHICH CAN BREAK WITH THE SLIGHTEST IMPACT. SOME PARTS CAN ONLY BE SEEN AFTER DISMANTLING THE DAMAGED AREA. WE WILL ALWAYS NOTIFY YOU OF ANY CHANGES PRIOR TO DELIVERY.

Q. HOW WILL I GET HOME OR TO WORK ONCE I DROP OFF MY CAR?
A. WE ARE NEAR ALL FORMS OF MASS TRANSIT AND CAN ARRANGE TO DROP YOU OFF AT A NUMBER OF TRAIN, SUBWAY OR BUS STOPS. IF YOU HAPPEN TO LIVE IN THE GENERAL VICINITY, WE CAN DROP YOU OFF OURSELVES. IN CASE OF A RENTAL, WE CAN ARRANGE FOR ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR TO PICK YOU UP FROM OUR SHOP. WE REALIZE HOW YOU DEPEND ON YOUR VEHICLE, AND F.M.G AUTO WON'T LEAVE YOU STRANDED.
